About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Longmont, Colorado area. I enjoy working with children, teens, & adults. I have worked with children and families my entire professional life, first as a Registered Nurse and now as a Counselor.
Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, CBT, Solution Focused Counseling, EMDR are some of the methods I use with individuals to help resolve issues such as anxiety, depression, behavior problems, inattention, grief, or anger management.
We all have bumps in the road and need another caring individual to give us support. I feel honored to be invited into my clients' life to walk along beside them for a time . Please call, if you feel I can help you.
