I primarily work with adults in my private practice, but I also have extensive experience as a special needs and early childhood teacher. That is very helpful around parenting issues. I have 32 years of working with clients on grief and loss, infertility, pregnancy loss, depression and anxiety, and a wide variety of relationship issues.
My personal style is warm, down to earth, and interactive. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is crucial as it provides a safe space to process complex feelings, thoughts and experiences in a non-judgmental way. I use a variety of modalities while working with clients as I believe there is not one size that fits all.
