Announcement icon During the COVID crisis in our community, I am continuing to see existing clients via teletherapy, using a HIPPA compliant platform, Doxy.me
I am passionate about helping children, teens, women and parents find their way in relationship with each other and the complex world in which we live. I bring an eclectic approach to counseling, valuing above all the relationship that forms between therapist and client. I am honored to bear witness to an individual's story and journey back to balance. In addition to supportive counseling, I have been trained in play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and parent education. I offer individual counseling as well as small group therapy for children and teens of all ages.
Stress and anxiety are very prevalent in our modern society! I have recently completed the certification process for teaching mindfulness and meditation to help my clients learn to quiet the body and mind and feel more ease in facing life's challenges.
I am trained in the method of identifying personality types using the Enneagram. I use this tool with interested clients, pre-teen and up, to help with self awareness and learning how our personalities can help and hinder our progress. I teach Enneagram 101 workshops to teens and adults.
