Understanding that clinician-client partnership is key to improved mental wellness, I offer a free consultation to ensure we are a good fit. I invite you to reach out to me if you are ready to take a step towards healing. It is a choice and although it requires a decision to be vulnerable, you are worth the investment. In fact, most clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. Day one, clients should expect an assessment of needs and goal-setting. Most importantly, I will be empathetic, direct, purposeful and welcoming.

Specialties are anxiety, stress, trauma, military/Veteran, problem-solving, grief/loss, anger, & pre-marital/commitment issues. My approach encompasses Christ-centered, Veteran, and clinical expertise i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing (trauma), Brief Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, Christian Counseling, and Motivational Interviewing.

Please note the following: (1) Because your mental health is of the utmost importance, at anytime, we are no longer yielding clinical improvements or you are in need of additional services, referrals will be made. (2) Prior to session, insurance verification and payment will be confirmed. (3) I conduct PRE-marital/commitment counseling, not marital.
