I believe that the opportunity for significant change occurs in healthy relationships; and that healthy relationships are built on trust, mutual respect, and cooperation. In my practice, I seek to create an environment that allows a healthy therapeutic relationship to develop, which can then be a model that my patients can apply to their relationships outside of the therapeutic environment.
