I am here to journey with you as you create new movement, heal past wounds and discover new paths to becoming who you were created to be. I specialize in working with children and adults who have experienced trauma, domestic violence or other major life events. I have been trained in parent/child relationship work, couples therapy (EFT) as well as EMDR.
