We offer a warm and open therapeutic experience working with individuals, couples and adult family members who struggle with their relationships, as well as relationships with themselves. Life is not a straight line, and sometimes life transitions are difficult to navigate. Through therapy, our work with clients will allow them to find the right path for their own lives. Whether you and your partner are having difficulty navigating your relationship, or you are an individual who feels at a crossroads or stuck, Our hope is through our work together, you will gain new perspective. We focus on relationships and Abuse recovery.
For relationship work with couples, I allow them a space to discuss perpetual issues whether it is intimacy, communication, issues from past abuse, and more. Working with individuals we explore how your patterns were formed and create change in order for you to make a better and happier life for yourself. My training is in Gottman, IFS and DBT.

Recovery from Abuse and Domestic Violence
This is a 100% virtual group. Have you left a relationship and are struggling with moving on? Have you felt like that relationship was gaslighting or left you questioning yourself? Are you in a pattern of unhealthy or abusive relationships? Are you a survivor of Domestic Violence and need resources and support? This group may be for you! This is a support group that will allow you to gain insight and support as you move forward from a relationship that left you questioning yourself and your own identity.

Support for Infidelity-Betrayed, and I Stayed
Support group for those who's partners have engaged in infidelity (Affair) and you are choosing to stay in your relationship to try to work things out. Do you find that others just tell you to leave? This support group will help you feel like you are not alone, while you are working through infidelity with your partner. Feel less alone and join us every other Tuesday. Both in person and virtual options to join.
