About
Are you or a family member struggling with feelings of anxiety or sadness? Having issues with relationships? Just feel like making some changes in your life ? Whatever your issues are , if you need someone to listen to you (without judging) and help you navigate through some of life's difficult journeys, please reach out. I will stand with you in the mess and together we will work on putting some order into whatever chaos you feel. The first step is the hardest! Send me an email or pick up the phone and give me a call. Let's see if we can figure things out together.
I work with clients from a strength-based, positive and affirming perspective, and often use creative, art-based activities to help facilitate personal growth and create a safe space to explore emotions. It's very important for me to be real - to use humor, compassion and creativity to remind you that you are not as uniquely damaged as you might think.
Life can be hard. We all struggle at times . I'm a good listener and enjoy getting to know all of my clients through our work together. Whatever your issues are, I am very non- judgmental, encourage open communication and promise to treat you with respect and the utmost confidentiality. Let's put things in perspective and bring new light to your problems.
