I specialize in trauma therapy. I utilize a strengths-based approach in helping clients recover from trauma. I am trained and experienced in the use of Brainspotting and EMDR therapies, which I've found to be very effective for trauma healing and recovery. I am also am comfortable with integrating your faith into the process if that is important to you.
