I view treatment as a collaborative effort between patient and therapist. This working relationship is essential to the healing process. I take an eclectic approach to treatment and try to fit the treatment to the needs of the patient. I draw from modalities such as psychodynamic, interpersonal, and cognitive behavioral in addressing the problems at hand as well as their underlying causes. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I find it extremely rewarding to assist clients in recognizing and freeing up their potential.
I have many years of experience working with both individuals and couples. I have a non judgmental approach that allows patients to feel comfortable sharing and exploring often uncomfortable feelings impacting the quality of life they are ultimately capable of. In today's trying times,
The decision to reach out and enter treatment is never easy. I strive to create and maintain a judgment free space for you. Together we will foster empowerment and self confidence while exploring the changes that will help you work towards the fulfilling life you desire.
