About
We all need support at times, you don't have to figure out life’s challenges on your own. I focus on supporting you to feel empowered vs. powerless to overwhelming feelings or thoughts. Together we can work to identify underlying contributing factors and bring forward skills you can use in the moment. I specialize in supporting adults to increase a sense of inner balance, navigate transitions in life including parenting, manage anxiety, enhance foundations for healthy relationships, and heal from childhood trauma. I use a holistic lens, bringing forward reflection and curiosity for your self-growth and healing.
With 20 years of experience in providing psychotherapy, my practice blends together evidence-based treatments to support you. I value creating a space where you feel heard and respected. Sessions focus on addressing current concerns, identifying underlying belief systems, and increasing fulfillment in life!
Finding a therapist you connect with is important. You are invited to a free 20-30 minute consultation to ask questions and share what you are looking for so we can explore if I would be a good fit. Sessions currently are all being held virtually or by phone. When the time comes, sessions will be held again in the office or outdoors (hikes or walking).
