I specialize in supporting adults to increase a sense of inner balance, navigate transitions in life including parenting, manage anxiety, enhance foundations for healthy relationships, and heal from childhood trauma. I use a holistic lens, bringing forward reflection and curiosity for your self-growth and healing.
I value creating a space where you feel heard and respected. Sessions may focus on current concerns, underlying belief systems, and increasing fulfillment in life! With 20 years in providing psychotherapy, my practice weaves together traditional talk therapy, Qigong movements & meditation, and somatic awareness to support your personal growth and healing.

This class is for those who are looking to bring calm to a heightened nervous system, and take a break from worry and a busy mind. These 5 Element Qigong practices support your mind, body, & spirit. Each week includes guided gentle movements and breath we practice in class and you can continue on your own. Inclusive class for abilities, genders, ages, experience-level, culture, orientation; a place for all humans with a curious heart. Modifications and accommodations are shared.
