I have recently graduated from Northcentral University with my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. My BA is from Kaplan University Psychology- Child Development.
I am trained in a coping and calming skill called Heartmath to learn how to keep the mind and body in sync. I am an ADHD certified therapist.
