My goal is to create a warm and supportive space for people to work through the many challenges life often presents. Supporting parents and teens/children is something close to my heart. Whether it be eating struggles, parenting concerns, school stresses, life transitions, anxiety and/or depression, I am able to come along side you and support using a variety of modalities. I aim to work side by side with my clients with kindness, compassion and honesty. Christian Counseling is available if requested.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma specialist. I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and I also use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in my approach. I assess the best fit to meet one’s needs and goals. I also have significant training and experience with ARFID, trauma and mood disorders.
I strongly believe in the healing power of being deeply heard, accepted and met with compassion. When we share our stories, our pain becomes lighter, shame loses power and resilience quietly strengthens. Feeling understood allows up to regulate our nervous system and bravely release thoughts and patterns that no longer serve. I look forward to meeting you!
