Traditional paths of therapy can be incredibly helpful... hearing yourself say what has lived in your head, questioning your thoughts, seeing how they connect to your emotions and behaviors. I provide space for that exploration and over the last decade, I have moved into more of a somatic approach. Use of awareness, breath, movement, resonance and self
touch. This approach invites us into what is happening in your body with sensations, emotions, felt sense, energy... all of this can be experienced and lead us to a release, to transformation ... to the wisdom that is present in each of us.
