"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." Anais Nin If you are looking to create change in you, your life... I would be honored to help you. I believe you can grow into whatever you are seeking. Life offers us many ways to evolve and often we need a compassionate, humorous, kind, and challenging comrade to walk the path with us. Change stretches us, pushes us outside of our comfort zone, rocks our world....and blossoms us into new life.

I also provide Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT). PRYT blends mind-body psychology with gentle movement and supported yoga postures as a way of processing and releasing stress-induced tension/pain. This is a one on one session where the client can process the physical, emotional and mental imprints of significant life events.

Clients are essentially engaged in a meditation with their body as the portal - focusing on breath and movement and noticing what arises in the space - physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. "What is happening to your body is happening to your life". Michael Lee, Founder of PRYT. Your body is talking ... are you listening ?
