About
Welcome! I am so happy that you are considering getting help in order to feel better. Life can be challenging yet you have the strength and tools to increase your happiness. I can be a catalyst as you learn new coping skills. We will work together to engage in a healing process that increases your resilience. I always tell my clients that my job is to help them be the most healthy and happy person that they can be. I will aid you as you focus on what matters to you!
I specialize in the treatment of adults with anxiety and depression and have over 25 years of counseling experience. I enjoy working with college students but have worked with folks of all ages who are struggling with adjustment and stress as well. Please be aware that my license only allows me to see people in the state of Rhode Island.
I am honored that you are considering working with me. Please contact me so that we can have a brief discussion to see if I am a good match for you! It is important that you "click" with your therapist, and I hope that I can be that person.
