We all need help at times and your interest in finding a therapist may be the first step in creating a more meaningful life. I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is extremely important. It is my desire to provide an environment that is safe, non-judgmental, accepting, and compassionate. I believe in supporting my clients by identifying and building on their strengths and empowering them to make the changes they desire in order to achieve greater satisfaction and healing in their relationships and their life.
I focus on highlighting strengths in individuals and relationships as a foundation of growth. I use a collaborative, client-centered approach to help my clients make lasting positive changes in their lives. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
I help people navigate challenges such as trauma, grief, life transitions, communication, and relationship issues. I am passionate about working with caregivers and family members who are navigating the challenges of transitions in later life, including Alzheimer's and dementia.
