I’m a Clinical Psychologist in San Diego specializing in trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation. When stress, trauma, or emotional pain build up, it can affect every part of your life and relationships. As an international trainer, I provide therapy using advanced scientific support for decreasing depression and anxiety, improving emotional control and coping skills, and enhancing relationships. Fully trained/certified in CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT and CPP.
