Trauma Survivors Support Group
Led by Dr. Mitchum, this group is based in evidence-based practices and aimed at supporting healing within a non-judgemental community for those who have survived or are currently experiencing trauma or stress. You will learn to improve emotion regulation, decrease self-judgement and repair relationships in the wake of past trauma. Group currently meets Monday evenings via tele-health.
