About

Relationships are challenging - even in the best circumstances. This is certainly true when building or maintaining a relationship with someone who may feel stressed, sad, or acting out in anger. Many people today feel overwhelmed, alone, judged or misunderstood. There is hope, though, in that you can be the solution! Through a unique approach, I work with children, teenagers, and adults to develop their sense of selves, decrease stress, and establish rewarding relationships. Having this space has helped many people better understand and manage their lives.
Your therapy experience with me will always be tailored individually to you and your strengths. As a UCLA trainer, I train and provide therapy drawn from advanced scientific support for decreasing depression and anxiety, improving emotional control and coping skills, and enhancing relationships. Examples include formal CBT, DBT, TF-CBT and CPP.
I received my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School and completed postdoctoral training at UCLA. My specialty is in supporting recovery from trauma and ongoing stress. I currently also work in an adolescent residential setting and train for UCLA. I encourage you to take the next step toward healing and look forward to hearing from you!
