Clients include couples and individuals (adults and children, ages 5-12). Parents and couples often face relational stressors so I offer IFS and other methods to heal, resource and strengthen. Clients receive a strength-based approach, with a variety of therapeutic methods to meet their unique situation, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, Gottman and EFT.
