Hi! I specialize in addictions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Are you feeling stuck, sad, lost, worried, alone or stressed? Struggling with self-care? My goal is to listen carefully and get to know YOU. My style is active and interactive. Some therapists listen, nod, and don’t say much at all. I believe that honest feedback is important. My focus is to listen patiently without judgement, provide support and encouragement, teach you how to practice self-care, and teach healthy coping skills. I help clients with anxiety, depression, addictions, codependency, or dysfunctional families. You may be feeling sad, worried, lost, have low self-esteem, just not enjoy things the way you used to, or feel frustration/anger. You may deal with substance abuse or addictions (food, alcohol, drugs, relationships, etc.). I welcome all types of Diversity.
Calling a new therapist can feel daunting or overwhelming. It's normal to be nervous at first! Please feel free to call me for 15-20 minutes and see if you feel comfortable; trust your gut.
