About
Accepting new clients in-person on Fridays at my 109 W. Olive office. I believe we are created to be in relationship with others. It is something we all desire and pursue as relationships are at the core of our identity as human beings. Relationships can bring us great joy or profound sadness. There is no greater pain and loneliness than to be in an unfulfilling relationship and no greater joy than to have deep connections with others. If you are in a relationship that isn't working, want to understand what is causing your struggle and find ways to reconnect, please let me know. The best way to reach me is through email.
My greatest desire is to assist individuals and couples (including LGBTQ+, parents with adult children and conflicts between friends or co-workers) to work through issues that are important, to find ways to resolve differences and reconnect. I practice an integrative model of therapy and use a variety of interventions based on your needs.
When we can accept our own imperfections and those imperfections of others, love deepens. When we can share our deepest fears and most pressing needs - and be heard - emotional intimacy occurs. When we can truly be ourselves and allow others to do the same, joy appears. We can once again experience those deep connections that make life so meaningful.
