I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a wide range of experiences. I am co-founder of The House of DBT in Houston, Texas. When people are suffering, they are looking for compassion and guidance. I am here to help them discover their own unique pathway to healing and peace. I am an intensively trained Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT), although I utilize approaches from other modes of therapy. I provide the necessary paperwork for you to file with your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement for all services I provide.
Areas of specialization include: Depression, Anxiety, Self-harm/Suicide, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Trauma, Anger Management, and Relationship and Marriage/Family Therapy. I offer outpatient and intensive outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
