Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I love working with others and watching their growth when people feel supported and validated. I offer low-rate therapy services in addition to accepting insurance because I truly believe mental health services should be accessible and affordable for everyone. I have 13 years’ experience providing individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families within several settings, including an eating disorder treatment center, a prison substance abuse program, a school district, and two outpatient mental health practices.
I use an integrative approach with emphasis on CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapy. I am also trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy to help individuals with OCD challenge their compulsions and have received basic training in EMDR with the goal of working towards certification.
