My approach is rooted in empathy, as I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where my clients feel heard, valued and supported. I bring in the discovery of play and fun into sessions and my office decor is Disney/ Hawaii.
One of the goals will be to facilitate healing and restoration in your life by utilizing Somatic Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and play therapy.
I incorporate elements of mindfulness, spirituality, and the principals of the Christian faith into the therapeutic process, offering you an integrated approach that supports your mental, emotional and spiritual well being.
