My practice specializes in women/daughters who have experienced Narcissistic Personality Disorder in their life. If you feel like you will never be good enough or feel that the drama in your life never ends, I may be able to help you. In processing the trauma, you can find peace and healing. Together we will integrate psychological principles and Christian faith to promote healing, growth, and restoration. One of the goals will be to facilitate healing and restoration in your life by utilizing Somatic Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and play therapy.
I incorporate elements of mindfulness, spirituality, and the principals of the Christian faith into the therapeutic process, offering you an integrated approach that supports your mental, emotional and spiritual well being.
