I am currently accepting new clients. I'm so glad you are here! I provide a compassionate, safe and non-judgmental space to talk about life’s challenges. I love working with children, teens, college students and families to help provide support and direction. I am passionate about helping people connect in healthy ways, healing wounds that prevent us from living a life that is fulfilling. Often childhood trauma or dysfunctional family systems can cause so much pain, that we struggle to even love ourselves, but there is hope and these wounds can be healed.

I provide compassionate therapy for those who have suffered abuse, loss, depression, and anxiety. I offer a personalized approach for each of my clients that utilizes your strengths, so you reach your potential.
My hope is for you to live a wonderful life, accepting yourself and allowing yourself to be loved. I believe I have tools to help you in this journey and would be honored to walk alongside you. I provide a free 15-minute consultation, over the phone, so please feel free to call me, I look forward to talking with you.
