Whether you feel stuck in your relationship/s, experiencing stress and anxiety, feeling sad, struggling with your partner and/or parenting raising a child with ADHD, we can work together and identify the source of what brought you in to therapy, identify your goals, and explore best possible solutions that will help you feel successful. I creatively integrate a relational model and scientifically proven cognitive behavior techniques which will allow clients gain insight and acquire tools for a positive change in their lives. Together we can find your true growth potential so you can lead a fulfilling life that is worth celebrating.
In the past 28+ years, I have worked with Individuals, couples, families and teens. My approach involves creating a safe, positive, nurturing environment, and an integrated model of relational, cognitive behavioral and evidence-based techniques. I will work with clients to best identify their goals and find best ways to achieve them.
I specialize addressing a range of concerns including ADHD, Couples' issues, and Anxiety disorders. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths- and evidence based.
