Grief is difficult, but also a part of life. It is a process that is sometimes unbearable. I can help. From personal experience, I understand. I have quiet activities and books I can share. As a certified drug/ alcohol counselor I have been helping people for the past 10 years. It's not easy, but so worth it for future, good health, clear mind, and joy.
I also provide support to patients, families and caregivers dealing with cancer and cancer related issues. My experience, having gone thru cancer myself, in the past, has provided me with the ability and insight to understand and empathize with the fear and uncertainty.
