My ideal clients are adults navigating grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, or major life transitions and who are ready to move toward healing and growth. They often come to me struggling with bereavement, complicated grief, anticipatory loss, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or stress. What I value about my work is meeting clients where they are with compassion and clinical understanding. I create a supportive, respectful space where you'll feel genuinely heard and honored for your lived experience. Together, we'll draw on evidence-based approaches including EMDR and trauma treatments to work toward meaningful healing.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, BlueCross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare and United. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
