Hi, I'm Debbi! My name is Debbi Little, and I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW) serving clients via telehealth in the state of Illinois. I have 20+ years of experience working with a diverse population and specializing in the effects of trauma, anxiety, and depression, along with adjusting to major life events and stressors. I utilize mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tailored to each individual to assist them in reaching their therapeutic goals.
I have found that my approach works well with most individuals, but especially with survivors of trauma and persons experiencing major life events or transitions such as college, job change, divorce, the death of a loved one, retirement, etc.
I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and compassion. Although Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the modality I use most frequently, I also believe everyone is unique and, therefore, will work best with an intervention tailored specifically to them.
