Throughout our lives, every one of us will experience loss and grief, as well as other life events that can bring up challenges and all kinds of feelings. Whether they are related to the death of a loved one, loss related to pregnancy or health issues, difficult family dynamics, or any one of a myriad of life changes, those feelings are real and valid. I also work with folks dealing with anxiety and stress. My goal is to work together with you to honor your experience while helping you to navigate your situation in a way that feels right for you.

I specialize in grief and loss, with experience in both group and individual work with adults. With a writing/storytelling and theater background, I believe that telling our stories can be a powerful tool for healing. I practice meditation and mindfulness, and I'm interested in the mind-body connection and body-focused techniques.

I prioritize creating a safe and collaborative space for us to work together.
