My approach is client-centered, collaborative with psychotherapy integration. Primary modalities are cognitive-behavioral, dialectical, emotion regulation, solution focused, insight-oriented, and strengths-based. My client's goals direct my approach as their needs drive my orientation. I use evidence-based principles to maintain ethical standards and high quality care.
I am a mental health therapist for over 25 years specializing in adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have a BA in psychology and MSW in clinical social work with recent completion of my doctoral degree specializing in adolescents with self-injury. I also specialize in affective disorders, anxiety, marital conflicts, grief, and trauma.
