My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where you can heal, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Working with people across all stages of life has shaped my person-centered approach to therapy. My experience with trauma, autism, brain injuries, developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and end-of-life care allows me to draw from many perspectives to meet you where you are.
