About
Everything about our lives is centered in relationship; knowing how to effectively initiate and maintain supportive, enjoyable and mutually satisfying relationships will serve us throughout our lives. But this doesn't happen without many ups and downs, some of which benefit from including a supportive, objective and helpful therapist. If you are wishing to improve your thinking, your skill in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma, living in past experiences or fearing the future, I would be honored to help.
I have been in the field for over 20 years, providing support to adults, couples and families. I use a mix of strategies to connect and collaborate with you. Discussing your concerns and making a plan to address them, taking the steps necessary to improve, practicing new techniques and celebrating a better life is what we will work toward.
While for some, therapy can be frightening, I invite you to consider the possibility of improving your relationships, with yourself and consequently with others. This requires risk and looking at things we may not want to see, in order to learn new, and happier, ways of being. Please email or call me to begin.
