Life is a lot right now! Trying to keep up with all the demands on you while working/living/parenting/doing/being during these times can feel hard. I value being able to tell your story and for your story to be heard. My hope is to empower you to fully know yourself, your values, strengths, and aspirations and for you to feel more peace in your body, mind, and spirit.
I'm passionate about supporting people through life transitions and through difficult and stressful times. I love working with adults and it is an honor to walk with people in this therapeutic process. Much of my early work has been in hospice & bereavement, and it helped give me perspectives on living as well as we can, given our circumstances.
I use an eclectic approach to match your strengths and needs to best support you. This may include mindfulness, parts work (IFS), strengths-based perspectives, interpersonal process, CBT, tapping, and arts & creative expression for empowerment and coping, as a tool for insight, to recognize beauty, and help tell your story.
