Hi! I am a Clinical Social worker in the state of North Carolina. I have a masters degree in clinical social work from the University of Michigan & a bachelors in social work from Bowling Green State University. I completed training in Addiction treatment, CBT, DBT, mindfulness therapy & motivational interviewing. I have a true passion helping those struggling in addiction or with mental health issues. I enjoy working with those trying to better themselves and their lives & would feel honored to work along side you on this journey.
A strength of mine as a therapist is that I have training in many modalities. My tool box in helping others is full & I feel it is important to dip into different modalities throughout our time in therapy. I also believe that every person seeking help deserves the best in their therapist & I am willing to be here and walk this journey with you.
