Making the decision to begin therapy is a healthy and courageous act that brings with it the potential for growth and healing. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I will work with you to provide confidential and caring services. I have a passion to help individuals, couples and families overcome challenges, grow in their relationships and find meaning and purpose in life. I feel it is important to "meet each client where they are" in their journey.
My training and experience includes working with family systems specializing in relationship issues through all "seasons of life". This may be improving communication in a marriage, forgiving and healing past relationship pain, working to "blend" families, grieving losses and much more.
My experience also includes working as a nurse for a number of years with experience in the areas of Gerontology, OBGYN and Family Practice. I find this experience to be invaluable when looking at the individual in a "wholistic" way.
