Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Therapist and Life Coach. Do you ever look in the mirror and not like who looks back? I am certified and trained in what I consider true, life-changing therapies: Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, and Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy. I assist people experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, and attachment issues in discovering their authentic selves and recovering their magnificence. My work is neuro-experientially oriented and profoundly brain and neurosystem-based. Talk therapies can be a good start, but often don't reach the wounds buried deep within. It's good to know why and what you do that doesn't work, but having those answers doesn't change you within. The power Therapies we will work with can do that!
