Love is a sacred gift, yet our ability to give or receive it is often blocked by our inability to get out of our cycles, that same old fight you are stuck in. I partner with couples to help them find their way to connection quicker and ultimately to a stronger relationship. I utilize my professional training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and academic training (MA, Ph.D.) to help couples wage war against anything that would negatively impact their bond. Also, I have the training and experience to implement the use of religion and spirituality in sessions, if it would aid in our work together.
I help people strengthen the bonds that matter most. EFCT is an evidence-based approach that supports your deep need for acceptance, belonging, comfort, and safety, making meaningful, lasting connections not just possible, but achievable. I offer marital counseling, premartial counseling, and martial intensives.
