Hello! My name is DeAnza Spaulding. I've been practicing therapy for over twenty years and specialize in trauma. Supporting folks in their personal healing journey is my passion. I specialize in Trauma. Trauma fragments our experience. My goal is to help you feel safe in your body. My therapy helps you integrate your life experiences into a meaningful story. I utilize EMDR, resourcing and somatic approaches to heal the fragmentation by bringing the pieces together. My approach is gentle and compassionate.
Working with clients from a variety of intersecting identities and backgrounds have taught me a great deal about resiliency, empowerment & personal agency. You are the expert of your story and my role is to join you in your process.
