I have been counseling since 1991, my passion has been to help people achieve their greatest potential using counseling, spiritual direction and Neurofeedback. I enjoy working with people desiring to heal and strengthen their marriages, those working through life challenges and long term goals as well as discerning direction at times of major life transition.
Individual, marriage, pre-marriage counseling & spiritual direction. I also offer Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS). LENS is a gentle, non-invasive approach to healing. LENS opens the communication channels in the central nervous system, enabling it to set its own course, leaving all the work to be done by the brain itself.
Sometimes stress and injury to the brain have the potential to alter brain functioning. LENS beneficial for Anxiety, Sleep, Traumatic Brain Injury, Depression, Fatigue, ADD/ADHD, Autism, PTSD, Headaches/Migraines, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Memory and Foggy Brain. Overall, I have experienced the strength and value of seeing myself more accurately and knowing the power I have to move forward in life with a clear self identity.
