Welcome. I currently have in office or virtual openings for Individual EMDR Intensives (trauma clearing and/or early childhood repair) or Couples Repair Intensives. I also offer quick coaching calls. People come for healing from their past traumas and relief from stressors, such as relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, abuse and neglect, ADD/ADHD, ACOA and boundary issues. Others come to gain a sense of who they are or what their life's purpose is.
While initial sessions help ease immediate stress, it is important to address root causes. We will create personalized tools to transform beliefs and behaviors that impede your growth.
