Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who offers a holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, addiction, chronic illness, and major life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support is a deeply courageous step, especially during times of uncertainty, transition, or emotional pain. You don’t have to walk this path alone. I offer a safe, supportive space in Fuquay-Varina and Holly Spring where all are welcome. Sliding Scale options are available for those that qualify.
I blend evidence-based psychotherapies including brain-based modalities like EMDR and Brainspotting, as well as traditional talk therapy like CBT, DBT, and ACT. I additionally like to use mind-body approaches. This integrative style allows us to work not only with your thoughts , behaviors, and emotions, but also on how you somatically process experience.
My PhD in Communication also deeply shapes how I show up as a counselor. It helps me attune not only to what is spoken, but also to what may be felt, implied, or held in silence, gently exploring patterns in relationships, meaning, and emotional expression.
