Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who offers a holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed, approach to therapy. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, addiction, chronic illness, and major life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support is a deeply courageous step, especially during times of uncertainty, transition, or emotional pain. You don’t have to walk this path alone. I blend evidence-based psychotherapies including EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, and ACT, with mind-body techniques such as somatic awareness, and sound-based mindfulness therapy. This integrative style allows us to work not only with your thoughts and emotions, but also on how you somatically process experience.
Therapy can be a wonderful path towards becoming more fully yourself, while gently letting go of the patterns, beliefs, and stories that no longer serve you. I hope to walk alongside you as you reconnect, find balance, and create meaning, even during life’s difficult seasons.
