Many of the individuals I work with struggle with managing daily life stressors. This may be due to experiencing a traumatic childhood, recovering from a recent traumatic event, or having trouble juggling the demands placed on them. Many people find themselves stuck or “going through the motions” and are looking for validation that they are not alone as well as help with finding hope and a purpose in their lives.
I help people reach their goals and find purpose in their lives through a strengths-based approach. Through cognitive based therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness practice, and motivational interviewing, I can help people with tapping into their hopes and dreams to build a life worth living.
I have been working in the mental health field in various capacities for 20 years. I truly enjoy meeting people wherever they are on their life path and helping them reach their full potential.
