Are you someone who worries about eating “bad or unhealthy foods”? Do you get anxious if you miss a workout, or avoid exercise? I work primarily with individuals who struggle with disordered eating, body image issues, or anxiety. I use evidence-based interventions which focuses on skills to help you develop a flexible relationship with food, exercise, and your body image. If you feel like you need more than talk therapy, I provide interventions which are based in applicable skills for you while also offering a safe and inviting space
My specialties are working with individuals who are suffering with (one or all of the listed issues): body image issues, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and/or phobias. I also offer presentations, trainings and case consultation specific to these specialities for professionals.
My practice specializes in ensuring my clients have the most up to date treatment interventions for these issues.
