Hi, I'm Deanna.
Above all, I strive to make therapy a safe emotional experience for my clients. I work with adult individuals on a variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem. My style is warm, empowering, strengths-based, collaborative, and direct. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and see myself as a teammate that helps clients work toward their goals in therapy. I value continual work on cultural competency and being neurodiversity affirming, and am a proud ally to LGBTQIA+, immigrant and refugee, and BIPOC communities.

• Discussing updates from in between sessions
• Exploring your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and functioning
• Processing difficult experiences
• Celebrating your successes
• Partnering with you to discuss strategies to use in between to work toward your goals
