Hi, I’m Deanna. I provide a safe and accepting space to help clients work towards their mental health goals. I work with adult and older teen individuals on a variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress. I practice strengths-based, trauma-informed therapy and use a variety of modalities, including mindfulness, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and solution-focused therapies. I’m an ally to members of LGBTQIA+, immigrant and refugee, BIPOC, and neurodivergent communities and particularly enjoy working with these groups. I provide services in English and Spanish.
