Whatever big feelings are coming up, you don’t have to go through them alone. I provide a safe space for voicing the hard things, breathing through them, and healing. When working one on one, I attune the client's emotional state. The anxiety/depression/grief that is showing up, for example, how can we greet it like an old friend who means well? Where is it showing up in the body? Is there a subconscious pattern being repeated? Sometimes we stay with the type of suffering that is familiar out of fear of the unknown. Let's learn to set boundaries, work through trauma, and navigate a life transition.
I help individuals, couples, nontraditional relationships, and co-parents develop effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Let's learn how to increase intimacy and trust. Have you been questioning your sexuality? This can be your chance to look inward and explore what that means.
For co-parents, I will help you get from conflict to collaboration. You don't have to like each other to believe in a shared goal. Cooperation is possible in supporting your children's physical and emotional wellbeing.
I also help neurodivergent clients identify supports and practice advocacy for necessary requests. Life doesn't have to be a struggle.

Groups
parents of kids on the spectrum
This group is for parents of kids on the spectrum and led by an ASD specialist. The goal of this group is helping parents understand how to navigate systems to get the maximum support for their neurodivergent kiddos. This includes understanding IEPs, IHSS, the Regional Center, self-determination, respite, etc. Group meets virtually to connect with others in the same boat and process some of the frustrations that can come up when your child may not be verbal. $50/sliding scale options.
