About
Do you want to feel more empowered, have a greater understanding of your circumstances, become more trusting of yourself, and regain hopefulness about your situation? This is absolutely attainable with therapeutic support. My objectives are to create a safe environment for you to express yourself and regain hope in your life. I employ cognitive behavioral techniques, while integrating interpersonal and systems approaches to best meet you where you are. I approach my work with compassion, normalization, humor and a passion to motivate positive change and healing.
As a top executive in behavioral health and an eighteen (18) year veteran in the field, I have robust experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My expertise has been sought addressing mood disorders (e.g. anxiety and depression), post-partum depression, trauma, transitional live events, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties and stress.
Therapy is an excellent tool for healing, learning, and processing difficult feelings. My ultimate goal is to help clients accept their imperfections, channel their strengths, surrender their fears, and access their true potential. I invite you to meet me to determine if I am the right therapist for you.
