I am an experienced therapist that enjoys empowering others to reach their full potential. I have a special skill set working with adolescents and adults focused on changing their lives. I spend as much time as needed to fully assess the unique needs of every client and ensure we are targeting their goals and challenges. I use an eclectic mix of treatment modalities including Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and for those with a need to address trauma I utilize Dialectical Behavior, EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
I work well with adolescents, individuals in trauma, in addiction, with anxiety, or depression and those hoping to make major changes in their life.
I am eager to help my new client identify their challenges and create a vision of what therapy can do for them. I am considerate but passionate so my goal is to pose as many questions as needed to help create an effective treatment plan.
